Mat pilates is done on a mat, using your own body weight and sometimes props such as a ball, ring, or band. Reformer pilates is practiced on a special machine (the reformer) that uses springs and a sliding carriage to provide extra resistance and support.

Absolutely! We provide clear instructions and adjust the exercises to your level. No experience needed.

We recommend practicing 2 to 3 times per week for optimal results, but every time you come contributes to your progress and makes a difference.
