The door closes once the class begins. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so you can start your workout in a calm and relaxed way.

For your safety and stability during the exercises, grip socks are required. Don’t have any with you? No worries — we sell comfortable grip socks at the front desk.

A changing room is available for you to get ready. There are no showers, but facilities are provided for freshening up.

After your workout, we kindly ask you to clean your reformer with the cloth and spray provided. This way, we keep the studio tidy and hygienic together.

Pregnant? Our special prenatal classes are designed for you. It’s all about safe movement, relaxation, and feeling good — for both you and your baby. After giving birth, you’re welcome to join us again from 8 weeks onwards, provided you have approval from your doctor or midwife.
